Ans: That in response to the previous letters, on May 22, 2023, the Petitioner sent a letter to the Respondent No.2 reiterating that they had
previously communicated verbally that, based on the initial terms and prices, it was not feasible to resume and finish the work. The Petitioner requested for foreclosure of the agreement via letter dated 22.05.2023 due to the delay and change in condition wholly attributable to Respondent' 2 and 3 is annexed herewith as ANNEXURE P-13.
